Double Bedroom in Central Shoreditch/Hoxton w. BBQ

I am looking for a flatmate for 1 double bedroom furnished in a 2 bedrooms flat. The flat is small (in total 53 m2).
Friendly neighbourhood.
Ideally located in Shoreditch close to pubs, gym, and easy access to the city, trains, airports.,
2 minutes walk from Old Street station. Many parks around, tennis, basketball courts, restaurants, clubs etc.
There is a back garden shared with friendly neighbours, and a BBQ :)
I am living in the flat, I am used to share flats so I am easy going, clean, sportive, working during the week, and like a night out in the weekend, open-minded, and well travelled. Also I am French so like cooking, and speak a few languages (French, English, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish).

Cats are welcomed, no dog unfortunately (exception visits).

Currently the flat is being furnished, which means that I am doing the decoration with an interior designer, and the flat will look nicer in a few weeks.

The ideal flatmate is a friendly working professional, who is as busy as I am during the week, and enjoy meeting with friends on weekends. If you are interested, just drop me a message, include something about yourself, where you’re from, interests etc.

Rent: £1,300 per month + £100 charges per month
