Single room in Zone 1 Shoreditch

We have a single room available in our sharehouse in Zone 1 Shoreditch. You’ll be sharing with a lovely group of gay guys in a cosy place in central London.

£780pcm not including bills (usually around 75pcm).
Eight month sublet. December 16-August 25th 2024

Located in an amazing location in the heart of Shoreditch, it’s a cosy flat with no shared living area. Located on Old St, the flat is centrally located within Zone 1 and within short walking distance to all the great things in Shoreditch and the City.
- 5min walk from both Shoreditch High Street and Hoxton Overground Stations
- 10min walk to Old Street tube station
- 15min walk to Liverpool Street

The room is a cosy single with a double-sized mattress that comes furnished. Nice outlook and south-facing so plenty of natural light.

Housemates:
Harper is 24 from NYC and here studying a masters in biostatistics. He is loving exploring London’s queer nightlife.
Gareth is 28 from upstate New York, and works in architecture and fashion.
Sam is 30 from Australia and works in TV and divides his time between theatre, hikes and going out. In January he’s heading back home for three months for the Australian summer and is replacing himself with another Australian gay guy who works in TV so the transition should be smooth.

We’re all generally quite busy doing our own thing, but there’s usually someone around for a chat and we occasionally cook/hang out/go out together.
