Room in Shoreditch from July

Hi all!

We have a room going in Old Street Station (zone 1) from end of July for a single person.

At the moment, the flat consists of 2 girls and 1 guy all who are friends. As a flat we enjoy travelling and exploring London together. We hope our future flatmate enjoys semi-boujee dinners on special occasions, and hangover pho on Kingsland Road. We are not a party flat, but we do enjoy going out together.

- The flat is 5 minutes from Old Street Station (zone 1 Northern Line), M&S, Aldi and Co-Op
- 2 minutes from the bus stops that take you directly to Oxford Circus, Waterloo, Bank or 30 min walk to Bank
- 15/20 minute walk to Spitalfields and Liverpool Street
- 15 min walk to Columbia Road Flower market, 30 min walk to Broadway Market
- 3 min walk to Old Street Records/ Blues Kitchen and 10 minute walk to Boxpark Shoreditch
- Large room is furnished with 2 drawers and 2 wardrobes (1 external and 1 built in) and double bed
- Bathroom shared with one person
