The Room:
- Massive bedroom with private ensuite bathroom!!
- E1 location, next to Shoreditch High Street Station and 8 minute walk to Liverpool St Station
- Huge living space with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom
- Room can come furnished or unfurnished (not all furniture in photos will be staying)
- Massive windows and natural light :)
- Right in the heart of Shoreditch, can walk the entire city from this location

Ideal flatmate:
- Open to single flatmate or couples as the room is realistically the size of a London studio
- Ages 20-27 ideal (flexible)
- Someone clean and home proud! But also loves to have a good time, I am a frequent hoster of gatherings and parties, would have to be okay with this on weekends :)
- I am a Canadian in search of a flatmate but also a friend! Hoping to find someone fun but always respectful of the space of others

Council Tax: band E
Electric: Completely depends on cold weather, averaging around 50 pounds per month. Maybe less?
Water: 40 pounds per month (paid with rent to building)
Wifi: 10 pounds per month
No gas
