Spacious two bed, split-level flat in Shoreditch

Hi, I am looking for a flatmate to share my flat in central Shoreditch. The latest move in date is 5 April, an earlier date works also (basically anytime from now). Bit about me, 26 year old young professional who moved here from Australia almost two years ago.

It is a very spacious two bedroomed, split-level apartment in the heart of Shoreditch (just on the corner of Curtain Road and Rivington Street), fully furnished and close to Old Street tube station (5 min walk) and the Liverpool Street station (12 min walk).

The apartment is located in a very lively area but it is generally quiet, especially in the bedrooms which are located at the back of the flat.

The available room is quite large and can easily fit a desk, it also has a lot of extra space for storage (floorplan shows this a bit better than the pictures)

Monthly bills are approx (each): £18 for internet, £80 for utilities (can vary higher and lower), £80 for council tax
