My flatmate is getting married and leaving our cool flat in Shoreditch/Spitafields. Im looking for someone to replace him and getting to share the flat with the same cool vibes. We like doing a lot of things together, so you should be the same!
About the apartment
The room is available from end Nov but you could move a bit sooner

The apartment (E1 6UN) is located bang opposite Spitalfields market in Central London. You can see the market from your window and from the balcony.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one room for storage and a big living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen and a balcony (wanna join my breakfasts under the sun during Spring and Summer?)
It also has private access to a small gym and a big garden (yes, in the middle of Liverpool Street)
The Neighborhood
Literally living in front of Spitafields Market. The number of amenities is just inifite. Lots of food options in the market and outside the market (if you are a foodie, this is for you). But also supermarkets (like Tesco) and lost of Pubs and Cafes (you´ll find me in the Pub)
On the weekends I love to walk across Brick Lane and get to the Flower Market for a coffee and brunch! Also on Sundays I get to Victoria Park (short distance via bike or bus)
Tranport:
Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and Aldgate East stations are all within a 5 mins walk from the house making every part of London very accessible and easy to get to!
Commute to office:
15 mins to CSG via Elizabeth Line
20 mins to 6PS via Hammersmith Circle
Direct train to Stansted Airport
