Join Tom and Yasmin for a month over Christmas and New Years in our friendly communal flat in the heart of Shoreditch.

🏡The room is a real sanctuary and the flat itself is super homey and comfortable. We put a lot of effort into hanging out and cooking together. So if you are looking for some great new friends this will be a good fit. Though of course if you need some alone time that is more than okay.

I will be away travelling over this time and will provide plenty of space in the cupboards for all of your things!

The location is ideal. A 7 min walk to Hoxton overground station and 12 min walk to Old street underground station. We are right behind Columbia Rd which means plenty of happy people carrying plants around on a Sunday. There are so many great pubs, restaurants and shops in the area.

It will be £900 for the month with £100 in deposit taken before to secure your spot (so then you only owe £800 once you move in).
