Hey everyone! We have a Double Room available in East London - Shoreditch.

Sadly, our housemate is moving out to live with her best friend so we have an opening in our super social fun flat :)

Rent is £950 per month, bills usually come to around £50, however is sometimes higher with gas and electricity.

We are located right next to the heart of Shoreditch, in the most amazing neighbourhood where it's all happening.

This cosy room comes furnitured with a double bed and storage underneath, located on the second floor. We live in a 4-story house, with an outdoor patio/garden, nice kitchen and cosy living area.

Bit about us: we are all super fun and easy going. We are all in our early - mid 20's and includes 3 guys (Australian/NZ/English) and 2 lovely Irish girls! Everyone has full-time jobs so mainly work in the office but sometimes from home too.
Location is N1, 5 minute walk from Old Street (northern line) which has easy access to other main areas in London. There are endless bars, coffee shops, high-end restaurants, and has an Aldi and Sainsbury next door. Also has the best pub 100m up the road!

Move in date looks like roughly the 7th of May!
The lease ends 1st of October, with the possible option to extend.
