Double room to rent in Columbia Road

Hello
I am looking for someone to rent a double room in my two bedroom 9th floor (with great city views) flat. I am the landlord but will only be here Monday-Fridays in the evenings for work purposes so you won’t see too much of me but when you do I will be happy to socialise!
I am looking for someone to use the flat as their home. I will be resident for 6 months and will then let my room out with the existing tenant getting input into the incoming tenant.
The initial contract will be 6 months (as it differs with a live in landlord) with the option to extend thereafter.
All bills including wifi are included.
I apologise the photos are from before the previous tenants lived here, and I am currently making some updates. The move in date can’t be before 11th July for this reason.
