The house is spread across three levels and has plenty of space to breathe.
You will have a queen size bed and your own private bathroom, plus access to a large kitchen, a cosy living room, and a beautiful south facing garden. The street itself is wonderfully quiet, which feels like a rare find for this part of London.
You will be sharing with two women in their 30s. We are sociable and love a good chat, but we also value a calm home and keep the house relaxed in the evenings. Think wine in the garden rather than parties in the living room.
Bills are £170 per month on top of rent, covering everything you need.
