Right off Shoreditch High Street, this gorgeous double bedroom and ensuite is available from June 29th. Only leaving as I’m moving overseas, I LOVE this flat, the flatmates have become friends and are so lovely, aaaand the location is 10/10!

The House: You’ll be sharing with three other girls, Mary, Aoife, and Giulia. It’s a really friendly flat share and we’re all up for a glass of wine and chat but also respect each others space. There are 4 rooms across two floors with your bedroom on the top floor. The kitchen and living room is well decked out with a dishwasher, TV, and a fancy drink cart too. This flat has been so dreamy: you’re on the doorstep of so many fantastic cafes, restaurants, shops, markets, bars and are within walking distance to Shoreditch overground, Liverpool St, Old Street and Moorgate tube stations.

Who We’re Looking For: please reach out if you’re a female professional, between 25-32yo, and don’t work from home every day. We’d love to give the room to someone who wants to make the house a home, so being warm and friendly as well as clean/tidy is important :)

The admin: Bills are ~£100/month, landlord is fantastic, and you’d replace me as the fourth tenant on a single agreement. I’m moving out on the 28th so looking for someone to take over the rent from the 29th of June.
