Shoreditch: Roommate Wanted

I am looking for a female flatmate with a bit of a similar vibe to me to hopefully become friends and enjoy all sorts together! I’m 32, pretty goofy and chill/lowkey. I’m gay and love live music, going to events and places I haven’t been to! I am clean and organised. I work from home 2-3 a week.

Hoping to find someone else that enjoys: a clean space, strolls around the neighbourhood, movie nights, coffee, park days and creating/holding a safe space for one another. Each room has it’s own small outdoor patio (a bed is included in your room). Kitchen and living room are shared and are already furnished! The flat has great natural lighting and a view of the street from the living room. There’s a shared rooftop for the building as well which is cute.

Bills include rent (fixed), water (fluctuates), energy (fluctuates between £10-20), council tax (fixed), wifi/internet (fixed) and renters insurance (fixed).
