I'm currently looking to fill my double room in our wonderful friendly houseshare in the heart of Shoreditch.

Move in date: July 28th
End Date: Not specified, but we're ideally looking for someone longer term as you will be replacing me on the contract

Deposit: £900
Bills: Approx. £120-150 per month

About the house:
Located right in the heart of Shoreditch, this wonderful 4-bedroom house comes fitted with a modest patio garden, two shared bathrooms, a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, and oven, as well as a shared living space with a TV and couches. The house itself is a 1 min walk from Brick Lane, 5 mins from Shoreditch High Street Station, and 15 mins from Old Street and Liverpool Street Stations. There are plenty of clubs and bars around, as well as great bakeries, and Columbia Flower Market is only 10 mins away. It's an ideal location for travelling around the city. It's in the heart of Shoreditch but still a few streets away from the hustle and bustle so luckily it's fairly quiet.

About the Housemates:
We are currently 4 housemates. There's me Seb (the one who's leaving) a civil servant. Then there's Stuart from Australia and a lawyer and there's Ollie who works in insurance. Philipp, a stand-up comedian, currently also lives here but will move out on the 28th July - his room has now been let to Jacob, who works in finance.

Everyone has their own interests, but generally into the standard things, music, sports, and going out. Everyone is super fun to hang out with, and I'm sad to be leaving this lovely group of guys.

We're a really easygoing sociable house that enjoys hanging out but we also have our own personal lives, so ideally looking for someone similar. We are clean, don't leave dishes lying around etc.. If you want to know a bit more about us please feel free to message.
