Top floor flat in the boundary estate, super central location with Liverpool Street and Old Street 10 min walk for the underground and Shoreditch High Street 2 min walk for overground.

I have lived here for the past year and really like the flat, hence why I am staying! Landlord is a nice guy, have had no issues & just had a brand new fridge installed.

Flat is £3600 pcm which is split evenly between all three rooms so £1200 pcm each. The room available has access to its own bathroom, which is pictured (Not en-suite but just across the hall). Current flatmate has not got a desk in the room, but there was a desk when we moved in, which you can kind of see in the empty photo.

Core bills are super cheap, paying around £50 a month in the colder months and have been paying £21 for the last couple of months per person now it’s warmer. Council tax will be figured out depending on who moves in due to student exemptions and if single person discount will be awarded (I am awarded student exemption sept-sept). It will be split three ways to be fair; the flat is Tower Hamlets Band C.

The Roommates ~

I have lived here for the past year with two friends from uni who are now moving in with partners & I’ll be studying the SQE from September!

The other is Ed, who is also moving in come August! He finished the SQE this year and will be starting work in October as a Trainee Solicitor!

Ideally we’re looking for a pal, so someone social and clean, but who also appreciates when people are busy with work and exams and are happy for chill nights as well! Equally happy with girls or boys.
