Housemate wanted for double en-suite room (2 bed)

Looking for a housemate to take over a double, en-suite room that has garden access in Shoreditch. Spacious living room and kitchen area, with terrace. The flat is on the ground floor but is not street facing, it faces a private garden and car park.

Just next to brick lane so a lot of great food and shopping. At the weekend I love a bit of shopping, going to the gym, going to cafes and playing tennis / going to the pub (I don’t drink alcohol anymore but still love going to pubs and bars). I work full time in the city and do long hours but I like to make the most of the weekend! Because of the long hours I don’t use the kitchen during the week.

Would like to get to know my new housemate and become friends whilst being independent too!
