Looking to sublet the other double room in a spacious, 2nd floor flat in the historic Arnold Circus. Great value for the size and central location, with a large dining table which can be used for working at home.

The flat is within a gated street near the top of Brick Lane, with fantastic access to Shoreditch High Street station, Liverpool Street, and Old Street.

My previous flatemate is moving out and I would take over his lease.

I climb a bit, and love being outdoors. I work as a manager in Notting Hill, so I'll be working most weekends, you will have the flat to yourself. Looking for someone tidy, relaxed and up to going out for the occasional beer.
