Shoreditch Warehouse Flat | Double Room Available | From 1 August

After 3 great years, our flatmate is moving abroad so we’re looking for someone new to join us in the best flat we’ve ever lived in.

The flat is a big warehouse conversion (around 90sqm) full of natural light from four huge windows overlooking Gloria. Charlotte Road is right outside with new cafés, bars and restaurants opening nearby. We have plenty of favourites if you ever need recommendations.

In summer it’s bright and airy. In winter it’s cosy, with three sofas perfect for movie nights and lazy weekends. We keep the flat clean and well looked after. It’s not a party flat but we love having friends over for dinner and drinks, the dining table comfortably seats ten.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a five-burner hob, large fridge, two freezers, dishwasher, lots of storage and a separate utility/storage room with the washing machine.

The room is a double at the back of the flat, so it’s nice and quiet despite being in the middle of Shoreditch. It has exposed brick and the walls were recently repainted. There’s a desk and chest of drawers if you’d like them, but we’re happy to move furniture around if you have your own. There’s also additional storage just outside the room.

There’s one bathroom with a walk-in shower. We look after the flat ourselves so we’re hoping to find someone who’s naturally tidy and wants to treat it like home.

Remaining flatmates: Sam (37) – English, hybrid professional. Loves travelling, cooking, writing and keeping active. Chris (47) – American, hybrid professional, friendly, easy-going and equally happy with a quiet evening at home or exploring London.

We’re both sociable but independent. We enjoy catching up over dinner, planning weekends away and making the flat feel like somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming home to.

We’re looking for someone who’s considerate and enjoys a relaxed home environment who is happy to share responsibility for keeping the place looking great.

Location: Old Street, Shoreditch High Street and Liverpool Street stations are all within an easy walk (5-10 minutes), making commuting anywhere really easy.

Rent: £1,450 per month

Bills: Approximately £100–£150 per month (including council tax)

Deposit: £1,450 (one month’s rent)

Available: From 1 August
