Location is a 2 minute walk from Brick Lane, 3 minute from Shoreditch High Street Overground and 10 minute walk to Liverpool Street Station.
Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with 3 Aussies who all moved to London at the start of 2024. We all enjoy being active and spend most of our week nights and weekends either hanging out with each other or keeping busy with activities.
What we are looking for in a housemate:
• Wants to be a friend before a housemate (enjoys spending more time in our common living space than in their bedroom).
• Is clean and tidy/respectful of everyone’s space.
• Is friendly and wants to bring a good vibe to the house.
Must have:
• Right to Rent Share Code
• Monthly Salary (Must be 2.5x your rent)
• UK Guarantor / Deposit (5 weeks of rent)
About the room: It’s a huge room (15sqm) that shares a bathroom with one other male housemate. The move in date will be 4th of November 2025.
