Sadly my amazing flatmate is moving out so I’m on the lookout for someone equally as awesome to replace her.
The flat itself is bright and airy with a spacious open-plan living area and Juliet balcony. We’re centrally located so you can be at Shoreditch High Street, Liverpool Street, Aldgate East or Whitechapel stations in less than 10 mins walk. The flat is on the third floor of a secure building so feels very safe.
The room is a small double with under bed storage, a chest of drawers, side table and in-built double wardrobe… all ready to move straight in! There are big double windows which let in plenty of natural light.
Monthly rent is £950, and bills comes to £180/month (electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax, household basics). The deposit is £1,154 and you will be written into the contract as the joint tenant. Agency referencing will be required and incurs a £50 admin fee.
A bit about me; I’m a 36 yo professional female working in sales. I enjoy dnb, travelling and a good gin martini. We treat the flat like our home so like to keep things nice and tidy but welcome friends for the occasional dinner party, movie or cocktail night (to make use of the well-equipped bar cabinet).
A bit about you; you’ll be a bubbly, social professional who likes to treat their house like a home. I’m looking for someone with a similar outlook on life as it’ll be the two of us living here together. 😊
