We are looking for a new flatmate to fill a room in a 2nd floor flat, right in the centre of Shoreditch. It’s in the beautiful Arnold Circus area, with the Columbia Flower market 5mins down the road and Brick Lane around the corner!

We’re a very short walk from Shoreditch High Street station, with Old Street and Liverpool Street not far off!

We’re super friendly flatmates who love to socialise, go to local art venues in the area, and create together! We currently have an analyst, a local artist and a social media manager in the flat. We all get along and are looking for someone who fits our vibe and energy.

So about the room....

It’s available from the 3rd of August. The rental agreement is running until September 3rd 2025 with rent amount £875.

Bills - around £100 - £130 (depends on the season)

References - last 3 months of bank statement

Unfortunately the room cannot be let to students.
