THE HEADLINE:
Wonderful room in beautifully renovated ground floor flat, just off Columbia Rd

THE OVERVIEW:
You would be sharing with 3 x young(ish) professionals (1 x male, 2 x female) working in tech and finance.
(British, French and Swedish/British).

We're a very friendly bunch who keep a very tidy house and are looking for someone nice, relaxed and tidy to join us :)

We like to keep a chilled vibe, with all of us working a lot throughout the week (a mix between working at our respective offices, and working from home).

If and when schedules match up we like to try and grab a drink or a meal together, go play some tennis or go for a run. (Not all of us are _that_ into the running though...)

The flat would suit someone in a similar living/working situation, who already knows and loves the area (but open to all suggestions, of course).

We have a cleaner weekly, and in between we always try to keep the flat as nice and tidy as possible.

THE FLAT:
The flat has just been done up throughout to a high "Scandinavian" standard Incl. beds, sofas dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezers, microwave-oven and fully equipped kitchen. (The renovation works were completed in November 2023).

The flat has a lofty feel with original features like exposed brick walls, traditional style radiators, exposed concrete beams, and new polished floors. There are two brand new bathrooms with rain shower and custom made teak vanity units.

There is a bright and airy lounge/reception room with dining space, open-plan kitchen and the flat benefits from a beautiful landscaped and paved garden with a lounge seating area.

In the garden you will also find a shed/co-living work space allowing tenants to work from home, (or just hang out :)

THE ROOM:
East facing room with newly polished floors, timber panelled wall with a custom made storage wall. The room has a brand new double ottoman bed with ample storage underneath. The room benefits from a massive mirror, built in storage and flexible desk space.

THE LOCATION:
The flat is located *less* than a stone's throw away from Columbia rd Flower market (basically crawling distance) and very close to Shoreditch. All transport links to the West End are within easy reach. The City is on the doorstep and it's moments from Liverpool St Station, Brick Lane, Broadway Market and Spitalfields
