Two rooms in Shoreditch

My two flatmates are moving out and I'm looking for some friendly, easy-going people to take their rooms.

The property is large with two floors, three bedrooms, a shared living room, a spacious kitchen and a lovely garden. There are two toilets, a bath and a shower. We're located on a very quiet street in the heart of Shoreditch, only a 2 minute walk from Columbia Road flower market and a 5 minute walk from Brick Lane.

The largest and the smallest rooms are free. The large room is available from August 20th and would also be great for a couple (rent for a couple is £1550). The small room is available from September 15th. Expect bills (water, energy, internet) and council tax to total around £70-100/month per person.

I'm a PhD student at LSE and I've been living in the flat for 2 years now. I'm Australian and German. I'm very easy-going and quite active (football, gym, volleyball, bouldering, hiking). I also love a poker night (if I'm short on cash). And I work a lot, so I'm not home much during the day.

I'm looking for people who are sociable, respectful and tidy and who are happy to follow a weekly cleaning schedule.
