Looking for someone to join our lovely flat as I’m moving out.
- Rent: 1073 excluding bills (£1189 including bills)
- Start date: Last week of August/first week of Sept
- Contract end date: July 2025, but option to renew.
- Room details: Gorgeous room with a small double bed with built in wardrobe. There is space for a desk so would suit those who also WFH.
Flat Details: The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We have an open plan living room/kitchen and a small garden which is great for BBQs in the summer.
- 👯♀️Housemates: You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 Scottish girls, Antonia and Kate (24 and 25) who are both software engineers. They are super friendly and we often spend time together after work or on the weekends. Our ideal person would be looking for friends in who they live with (not just a housemate). They would also be clean, friendly, and keen to do activities together from time to time.
- 📍Location: The flat is near Columbia Road. The nearest tube station is Bethnal
Green and overground is Hoxton (both a 12 min walk). The bus stop is a min away from the flat and busses come quite often going into central. The flat is minutes away from many cafes/bars/parks/supermarkets so you’re spoilt for choice on what to explore.
