I am moving in my partner so I am sadly leaving this modern, spacious, 3 bedroom flat just by Columbia Road Flower Market and buzzy Shoreditch! The flat is in a fantastic location with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
You will be sharing with Lea and Lucy, who are both working professionals in their 20’s/30’s. We are friendly, tidy and respectful of each other’s space, so we are looking for someone who is the same!
Move in date can be any day from Wednesday 1st August, but I am looking for someone to replace me before the weekend of 16th August at the very latest.

Wardrobe
Desk chair
Rent: £866 pcm
All bills (including council tax, water, electricity and wifi): ~£120 pcm
The lease runs until 30th June 2025 with potential to renew after the year is up.
We are doing viewings on the following days:
Monday 29th July 7:30-9pm
Tuesday 30th July 7:30-9pm
Wednesday 31st July: 6pm-9pm
