Penthouse flat on Shoreditch High Street

Hi all,
Looking for someone to move into the 3rd bedroom of our Shoreditch flat ASAP (preferably female) until Jan/Feb. Possibly the most ideal location (EC2A 3HJ) in the most gorgeous flat with a huge terrace and amazing natural light. My flatmate and I are postgrad students and very chilled, looking for someone similar aged, easy-going, clean, chilled and who also wants a place to call home and occasionally do things as a flat like cook together and watch films. Rent is 1200PCM not including bills and needs to be paid upfront quarterly - referencing wise need to meet a certain income threshold or have a uk based guarantor
