Loft Apartment In Shoreditch

Due to our current flatmate moving out we are now looking for a third person to join our flat family!

The current flatmates are Lucy, a 25 year old Recruitment Consultant from the New Forest and Dominique, a 27 year old Sustainability Manager from France/Australia.

We both live independent lives but love coming together for plenty of chilled evenings in, cooking together with a glass (bottle) of wine followed by a movie, or visiting one of the many great bars or pubs around Shoreditch for a pint 💃🏼

Lucy works full time from the office and Dominique works from home on Fridays - we are looking for someone with a similar schedule who either works in the office or hybrid.

The room is a furnished double bedroom, with plenty of natural light. It includes a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, mirror & shelves/drawers.

A huge bonus to this flat is the attic space where other things, like suitcases, can be stored.

The kitchen/living is a large open plan set up with lovely period features and incredible views of the city.

We have a separate WC/bathroom with a shower and bath.

Our apartment is a 2 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station, as well as a 12 minute walk to either Liverpool Street or Old Street tube.

This flat has amazing views of the city and is well situated close to Brick Lane!

Bills come to about £95 a month and deposit is £1050.
