Our flatmate is moving out and we are looking for a friendly, easy-going person to take their room.
The property is large with two floors, three bedrooms, a shared living room, a spacious kitchen and a lovely garden. There are two toilets, a bath and a shower. We're located on a very quiet street in the heart of Shoreditch, only a 2 minute walk from Columbia Road flower market and a 5 minute walk from Brick Lane.
The smallest room is the one that will be available. It will be available from October 13th. Expect bills (water, energy, internet) and council tax to total around £70-100/month per person.
We're looking for someone who is sociable, respectful and tidy and who is happy to follow a weekly cleaning schedule.
You'll be sharing with some friendly Australians aged 24-27.
