We have a massive double bedroom available from 29 September 2024 in the heart of Shoreditch. The flat is in a quiet street between the vibrant Shoreditch High Street and Curtain Road. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the City.

We are looking for someone who will renew with us for another year.

Rent + bills:
The rent for the room is around £1115 per month.

Bills (except for water) are excluded from the rent.

Council tax, internet, gas and electricity bills are around £90-150 per month.

Deposit for the room is £1198 and paid to the outgoing tenant.
