We have a massive double bedroom available now in the heart of Shoreditch. The flat is in a quiet street between the vibrant Shoreditch High Street and Curtain Road. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the City.

We are looking for someone who will renew with us for another year. Renewal is end of September for up to one year. Rent is increasing by £50 per month.

Bills (except for water) are excluded from the rent.

Council tax, internet, gas and electricity bills are around £90-150 per month.

Deposit for the room is £1434 and paid to the outgoing tenant.
