Central Shoreditch room available in bright flat

Hi! Our flatmate is sadly moving in another country, so we have a room available in our apartment in central Shoreditch! ☺️

The room is small but has a double bed with mattress, a chair, a sturdy double clothes rail and bedside table with drawers. The room was originally unfurnished so the furniture is sold separately (circa £150 for everything incl laundry rack) - we are only looking for someone who will want to buy the furniture too :)

Amazing location, right in the heart of Shoreditch and within 5/10 mins walk to both Old Street & Shoreditch High Street stations, 10/15 mins to Liverpool Street & Aldgate stations (plus lots of buses). Lots of coffee shops, pubs, groceries shops, vintage shops etc. nearby - 10 mins walk to Brick Lane! Of course it can be slightly noisy from outside as it’s so central, but that’s all part of the package! 😂 but we are not a party flat, we like to keep the vibe relaxed and peaceful 😌

Bills around £140 incl council tax. Deposit is £850.

June: 24 years old, works in Warner is German! Has also lived abroad in various countries, loves travelling & working out etc etc ☺️

Me: 32 years old, French, works in communications & has my own shoe company. Loves cooking & art
