Description
My flatmate has to relocate from the UK for work so I am looking for someone to replace him on the lease and take the other bedroom of our two-bed flat. We are flexible on move-in date but would prefer to find someone who can move soon.
This flat has been great to live in; there is lots of natural light, the rooms are large, the street is very quiet, and accessibility to transport links and social life is second-to-none.
The Room
The room is huge at 5.8m x 4.6m and has great natural light. There are two large built-in wardrobes which provide lots of storage space. You will also have an en-suite. There is bicycle storage on the ground floor of the building.
Location
The location is unbeatable in terms of access to transport and social life. The following transport links are accessible via walking: Old Street (< 1 min), Moorgate (7 mins), Liverpool Street (8 mins), Shoreditch High Street (8 mins). So you have quick access to these lines: Northern, Elizabeth, Central, Hammersmith & City, Circle, Metropolitan, Overground, as well as trains to other towns and the airport. Within walking distance there is Sainsbury’s (<1 min), Tesco (2 mins), ALDI (2 mins), M&S (2 mins), and Waitrose (7 mins). Virgin Active gym is a 5-min walk.
The immediate neighbours are offices, so the flat is very quiet. However, a very short walk away, there are many options for bars, cafes, and restaurants, including several great spots further down our road itself. If you are keen to explore the food and drink scene in London, this location is hard to beat.
Tenancy
You will join a lease which can be terminated in December 2025. Your share of the rent is £1,800 pcm, which includes the water bill. We will separately pay council tax, electricity, gas, and wifi 50/50.

A bit about me: I am 28 years’ old and my interests are comedy, good food, and sport. I love finding new spots to eat and seeing as much of the world as possible. I am easy going and travel a lot for work and personal so I am not in the flat too often. Ideally I am looking for someone in their 20s or 30s who is clean and respectful. If we can become friends and go for dinner or drinks then great. If you just want to keep to yourself I have no problem with that. I speak English and French.
