We’ve got a superb open room in our house in the heart of Shoreditch, and we're on the hunt for a fun, sociable, and easy-going working professional to add to our trio.

About the Flat

- Room furnished with double bed, triple wardrobe, drawers and a desk!
- ⁠ £1070 per month (plus roughly £125 for bills)
- The room shares a floor with one bedroom and bathroom (so you share a bathroom with one other person)
- ⁠ Back garden perfect for BBQs or morning coffee.
- ⁠ Modern, fully-equipped kitchen
- ⁠ Comfy living room where we hang out and occasionally have movie nights.

About the Location:

- Shoreditch Overground: ~5 minutes walk
- Old Street station: ~10 minutes walk
- Liverpool Street station: ~15 minutes walk
- Bagel Bake/ Brick Lane: ~3 minutes walk

Although in Shoreditch, the location is tucked away on a mostly pedestrian/ biking street, nice and quiet!

About Us:

We’re three young professionals Sophia 30, Gibby 30, and Kelsi 32, working in tech , engineering, and accounting, who enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal time. We love exploring the local area and doing ‘flativities’ or just unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening.

About You:

We're looking for someone who’s also a working professional, a similar age to us, who enjoys a tidy, relaxed environment. Our preference is for a guy to keep the balance in the flat. If you’re friendly, respectful, and up for the occasional flat dinner or night out, you’ll fit right in.
