Room mate wanted in Shoreditch

My name Bryn 32 and my flat mate is Aran 25 and we are looking for a third flat mate to come join us in our new shoreditch flat. While we haven't moved into it yet, it is available now.

We will require you go through a full referencing process with dexters letting agency and pay both 3 weeks rent plus deposit before moving in. We will also like to do a 5 min video chat with you before moving in to see if we vibe and get to know you.

Bills not included and I usually take care of the management of the bills for ease.

About us
I (Bryn), am an event professional from australia, I occasionally work long and odd hours. I also do a bit of touring occasionally which will see me out the house. Personally, I am an extrovert and love good time out and about, whether that's at a gig, rave or at the pub. at home I enjoy gaming, marvel, djing, making music, and working on my career.

Aran is a great easy going Scotsman, who works in the civil service, he loves history, politics and the outdoors. He runs his own medieval history podcast and is a sociable person always down for a pub pint.
