I’m renting out the second bedroom in my 2 bed apartment on the 22nd floor starting end Sept/early Oct. 😄

It’s in the heart of Shoreditch in a brand new development called The Stage Shoreditch.
It has amenities including a gym, 2 home cinemas, boardrooms and office spaces, games room (bowling alley etc) , golf simulator, rooftop bar and a 24 hour concierge.

The building is an 8 ish min walk from Liverpool street station. 2 mins from Shoreditch high street station and 10 mins from Old Street.

The rent is £1600 pm not including bills.
It does have its own bathroom but it is not en-suite.
