My flatmate is leaving me to move in with his gf and I’m looking for someone to replace him.
He is leaving a double room in Shoreditch in flat with amazing views of the city. The room is:
- fully furnished
- comes with a private bathroom (not en-suite, but no one else has access to it)
- full access to the shared lounge and kitchen (lounge also has a small balcony)
- the building has a gym and a concierge to handle parcels and more.
Council is 85.50 a month and other bills are around 100 pounds (including a cleaner that comes every other week)
