I’m looking for a new flatmate to replace me in this beautiful clean and bright space in the heart of Shoreditch, just off Redchurch Street.
The move in date is 12th December.
The room has a king-size bed (TV in the footboard which is compatible with an Amazon Firestick), two double wardrobes and is en-suite. It has big double doors that lead onto a spacious balcony that runs the full length of the flat, with a table and chairs for outside dining in summer. The living room has a great open plan kitchen (includes dishwasher, boiling water tap, washing machine with tumble dryer) and living area with dining table, sofa and smart TV. We have a Nest for heating, as well as aircon which keeps it cool in summer.
I have one flatmate who is staying on, she’s a 31 professional working in finance. Her room has her own separate bathroom. She’s lovely, has her own friends and life but we’ll happily watch some reality tv together if we’re both at home of an evening.
I am leaving the tenancy to move in with my boyfriend, otherwise I’d definitely stay put in this brilliant flat. It is so light and airy, in a great location and I’ve absolutely loved living here.

💐 5 mins walk to Columbia Road Flower Market, and 15 mins walk to Broadway Market
🚇 5 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street, or 15 mins walk to Liverpool Street and Old Street, plenty of buses and Lime bikes nearby, it’s incredibly well connected
Rent for the room is £1545 a month, we are 18 months into a 3 year contract that will end 11th May 2026. We have a 3% increase per year built into contract so share of rent will go up to £1590 per month from May 2025. My half of shared bills are £180 per month. A security deposit of £1730 is also required by the letting agents, who are responsive to any queries.
