Hi! I’m Raquel, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a double-sized room in our lovely Shoreditch flat as my current flatmate is moving out. If you're a female around my age (27) and looking for a place that strikes a balance between fun and privacy, this could be the perfect spot for you! Some details below:

About the Room:
- Spacious double-sized room, furnished and full of natural light.
- Everything included except for the desk and chair, depending on whether my current flatmate decides to sell them.
- £1,165/month + bills (usually not more than £100 during winter).
- Available from 1st October

About the Flat:
- Large, cozy living room with a TV, perfect for chilling.
- Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- Modern bathroom, clean and well-kept.

About the Location:
- Situated on Kingsland Road, Shoreditch—one of the most vibrant streets in London!
