Hey! We’re looking for a new housemate, to take my housemate’s room in our lovely 3-bedroom flat based central Shoreditch, as she is moving in with her girlfriend.

📍LOCATION:
* Amazing location in central Shoreditch, just a minute walk from Columbia Road (perfect if you love the Sunday flower market 💐)
* Located far enough from the high street that it’s peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, but also great to have all the bars, shops restaurants and other hotspots just minutes away
* 5 mins: Shoreditch High St Station
* 10 mins: Old Street Station
* 15 mins: Liverpool Street Station

🛌 THE ROOM:
* Available from 26th September
* £1000 per month, excluding bills
* All bills are around £117 at the moment
* Double bed, wardrobe, shelves, drawers unit & a desk

🏡 THE FLAT
* Two-floor flat with x3 bedrooms, x1 bathroom, balcony and open plan kitchen & living room
* The house will be me (27) and Jack (28). I work in PR, Jack’s a graphic designer and we’re both creative and into art, music, fashion, etc. Jack is moving in this weekend and I’ve been here six months.

🔍 ABOUT YOU
* 26- 30 year old professional (no students, sorry!!)
* Working a 9-5 job Mondays-Fridays (ideally not unsociable / night hours or weekends)
* Social, friendly & tidy/clean. Generally just after someone who’s good vibes, who wants to make the flat a lovely home and is up for going to the pub & chilling as a flat but also has their own thing going on.
