Two double rooms available just off Colombia Road

We have two double rooms available in our Shoreditch flat.

The new tenancy will begin on 4 October 2024 (but we can be flexible). No couples sorry!
The flat is a 5 min walk from Brick Lane & Columbia road flower market, and 7 min walk from Shoreditch high street overground and 10 min walk to Bethnal Green tube. It was fully refurbished a few years ago including new kitchen and bathrooms.

📌RENT
Room 1 - Rent is £910 per month + £100 bills (this includes council tax, service charge, water, WI-FI & tv license). These bills are all taken care of by the landlord for ease and to keep everything running smoothly.

Room 2 - Rent is £1,010 per month + £100 bills (this includes council tax, service charge, water, WI-FI & tv license). These bills are all taken care of by the landlord for ease and to keep everything running smoothly.

The housemates pay gas and electricity separately which I believe is £10-15 each per month on average.

- 12 month contract, one months rent as deposit

📌THE ROOM:

Each room is fully furnished and has a double bed, clothes rail, bedside table, mirror, shelf, various hooks and a chest of drawers.

📌THE FLAT: The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining room & two big storage cupboards you can use to store suitcases or anything else. There are new appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer in the kitchen.

📌 THE LOCATION: The flat is amazingly located - just a 7 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street Station (overground) and about a 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube stop (central line). Things like Columbia Road Flower Market (5 min walk), Brick Lane (5 min walk), Rich Mix cinema (5 min walk), Old Street Tube (20 min walk), Liverpool St Tube & The City (20 min walk), Broadway market (15 min walk) are all very close.

📌CONVENIENCE: There is a small tesco two minutes walk away, a small Sainsburys five minutes walk away and a large 24/h Tesco ten minutes walk away. There are lots of cute coffee shops / flower stores etc like a 2 min walk from the flat, and central Shoreditch is right on the doorstep. Cinema, markets, restaurants, bars and shops are all nearby. Westfield’s Mall Stratford is 2 tube stops away on the central line.

📌THE HOUSEMATES: You would be living with two social housemates - Niamh and Fi. Both mid twenties and all sociable & friendly girls who have become great friends since living in the house, and go on trips etc together.
