Hey there!

Before I introduce you to the room and the future housemates, I'd like to introduce myself, I'm Lorenzo, a small-business entrepreneur, former engineer and artist from Florence, Italy, living in the UK since 2013.

I'm due to leave London for one month for work commitments, therefore I am sub-letting my room in Shoreditch for one month (possibility to extend to two months) for the right person.

What we are looking for is a friendly, tidy and clean, preferably female, professional to join a household of two artists.

== THE HOUSEMATES ==

Matteo is a professional fashion Photographer from Rome, Italy, residing in London for over 20 years. His work has been acclaimed by many magazines and often attends various shows as a special guest. A very friendly and clean person who is always open for a chat and dinner/drinks together.

Connor, recently moved to London from Carlisle to pursue his dream of becoming a Michelin-star chef and to continue his studies in culinary arts at a prestigious college in London. A very kind and friendly spirit who is always willing to engage in long and interesting chats, and it's always up for grabbing a pint together.

Note: This is not a party house, but occasionally over the weekend, the flatmates get together in the living room for a few drinks with a little bit of music. The room is well soundproofed anyway.

Also, note the housemates care about the cleaning of the common space, so they are looking to share in this short time with someone willing to respect the cleaning.

== THE FLAT, ROOM & LOCATION ==

The flat is situated exactly 2 minutes (counted) walk from Shoreditch High Street Station (Overground), 12 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station, and 16 minutes walk from Aldgate East Station. 19 minutes walk to Old Street. Very well located.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, office chair, shelved floor lamp, a little side drawer, and a 5-compartment chest drawer.

We have a very powerful broadband connection and you also have an extension router inside the room with extra speed with an ethernet cable that you can use.

There is a washing machine in the kitchen which is brand new.

There is a smart TV in the living room which is free to use for everybody.
