3 Month Sublet in Shoreditch

Hi! We have a double room for sublet from November 1st until end of Jan while our housemate enjoys a Parisian winter!

We are a fourth floor (no lift sorry) walk up in the historic Boundary Estate in Shoreditch. A two minute walk from the flat to Shoreditch High Street station, around ten mins to Liverpool St Station, with Old Street also walking distance!.

Nice and easy to central (two stops on the lizzy line to Soho from Liverpool) and plenty of busses nearby as well. Fifteen mins by bus to London Bridge and the bonus of Columbia Road Flower markets a short stroll on a sunday morning for coffee.

Housemates are a pasta chef, a documentary maker and a sustainability advisor - so lots of great conversation to be had!

The house is split level, with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs - yours is downstairs. We have a large separate lounge and dining space, with a small balcony. There is one bathroom with shower/bath and toilet, plus a separate toilet. Schedules easily align if you are a 9-5er - there's never a shower queue!

Your room has a desk for wfh situations and windows on two sides to catch light at different times of day.

Bills come to around 150 per month, and this includes a once weekly cleaner.
