Hey there! My previous flatmate just moved back home, so I’m on the lookout for a new flatmate (preferably a woman) to join me for the last 8 months of our tenancy! Here are all the details:

📍 Location: Super central! Just a 5-minute walk to Hoxton station, close to bus stops, and moments away from all the buzz of Shoreditch, Columbia Flower Market and Hackney. Whether you're after nightlife, cafes, markets, or parks—everything is within reach! Nonetheless, flat is situated on calm street!

💰 Rent: £1300 pcm. As I’m an international student, rent is paid in 6-month installments, so £7,800 upfront for the 6 months (December to June). That said, I’m open to you paying rent directly to me if that’s easier for you (we can sign a contract for both our security and peace of mind). Happy to discuss options and work out what suits us both best!

A bit about me: I’m 21, starting my master’s and working part-time, so I’m fairly busy but love to balance work with good food, fun outings, and chill evenings. I’m looking for someone who's clean, tidy, respectful, and social—someone who enjoys eating out or having some downtime at home.

📅 Move-in date: 15 October, but happy to do viewings on the 5th or 6th October.
