Student Accommodation In Center

Hello!

I am a masters student at UCL. I am 27 years old so I need a different space than student accommodation.

I booked one of the last ones with proper window looking outside and feeling bright.

Since my lease is until mid July, I think it's great for students (undergrad or postgrad ) to stay because in the meantime you will have time to form friendships and will be able to move a room with your friends etc. Since, It is not until September you won't be paying additional two months.

The accommodation is clean. Surrounded with parks, markets and night life just 5 minutes away, a museum just 5 minutes away, cafes and puns everywhere-still the area is calm though. All attractions are in just 2 street radius.

The awarded Britannia sports center is 3 min by walk.
Broadway market just 15 mins by walk, Hoxton Market 4 mins by walk.
Old Street tube station 15 mins by walk, Hoxton Overground just 10 mins by walk.

Believe It's all true because I am going to both campuses of UCL- Bloomsbury and Here East.
There is direct bus lines to both- which means to many universities!

My flatmates are very organized and sweet people. Everyone cleans after them in the kitchen. Everybody is quiet and friendly.

The front desk takes your shipping which is a great situation to know your package is safely stored.

As I told, especially if you are looking for an accommodation until you get used to the city, and uni taking over my contract would be great for you.

I am sure It's more expensive and with much longer contracts with less charming rooms right now.

The start date is negotiable- no later then January though but please contact me to discuss the conditions.
All will be on contract so there won't be any additional costs etc. You will be taking over my contract with IQ accommodation. So it is safe procedure.
