Apartment is located right beside Columbia Road and is only a short walk from Shoreditch High street and Hoxton Stations.

Sharing with two female working professionals in their 20s/30s. We are all friendly, tidy and respectful and are looking for the same in someone to take over my room.

Rent is paid monthly on the first - £867 p/month.
Bills come to around £120-£140 each p/month depending on the time of year and are paid at the end of each month, (includes water, gas, electricity and wifi).

Lease runs until end of June 2025 with the potential to renew, however if you need to leave earlier you just need to find a suitable replacement for the room.
