Double Room in Shoreditch home

Hey!
I’m looking for someone to move in to my home.

Very easy going household, just want someone respectful.

Deposit is the standard 5 weeks rent
Bills vary depending on month but the following is set:
Water - £24 a month
WiFi - £9 a month
Council tax - £42 a month

Gas and elec we top up as and when but usually no more than £20 a month for both.

Would love to socialise together and have the odd meal or trip to the pub, however I am also very respectful of personal space.

I am Lily, 24 and work in fashion. I enjoy going to the pub, live events, art and shopping.
Stella is 2 and enjoys treats and looking out the window at birds. :)
