We are two male professionals looking for a third flatmate to join our current household.
We are both in our late 20s/early 30s, working in creative fields with 9-to-5 jobs. Clément is French and moved in recently, and my name is Pierre-Baptiste, I am French and have been living in the flat for 5 years now.

For our new flatmate, we are looking for someone in a similar age group, professional, with a desire to find a nice place to live in.
Although we get along, we don’t really socialize together and spend most of our time doing our own things. We are also pretty chill and are really respectful towards each other. This is not a party flat.

The flat is perfectly located, 5 minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street Station, 8 minutes from Bethnal Green, and 15 minutes from Liverpool Street. It is also really close to supermarkets with Tesco and Sainsbury’s being minutes away.

The room is a decent size, you can easily fit a double bed, storage and a desk. For your information, it is not furnished; however, our current flatmate is open to sell the bed.
The flat doesn’t have a shared living room but feature a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom.
Bills are not included in the rent, they are about £130/month. We are also getting a cleaner to come twice a month, which comes on top of the bills.
