It comes with a desk, chair and drawers. The price of the room is £850 pcm, all bills included (council tax too).

The property has two shared toilets and a shared bathroom. It is very clean and has a walk in shower. It has a washing machine and tumble dryer (no need for airers). A cleaner comes in once a fortnight to clean all communal areas which is included in the price. The property also has a pump installed which means the water pressure is excellent (enjoyable showers 😊)

The housemates are a mixed bunch. Tom is a fully qualified chartered accountant, Helena is an intern at UBS and Laetisha is a third year med student. All three are best described as ambiverts who are generally early birds. Everyone is clean, very respectful, chill/easy going people. I am looking for a nice tenant who can fit into this dynamic of the household. Students are welcome.

The property is highly accessible; approximately 10-15 minute walk from Bethnal Green and Whitechapel stations (Central, district and Hammersmith and city lines), and a 6 minute walk to Shoreditch station (Overground). There is a bus stop literally a minute walk away that takes you into the city. Liverpool Street and Aldgate is also around a 15-20 minute walk away.

Local groceries, gyms, swimming pools, parks (etc.)and all other amenities are within walking distance. Weavers Field’s park is right across the street and Rich Mix is also 5 minutes down the road.
