Bright Shoreditch room, friendly flat

Hello! I’m taking over this ad for our dear flatmate who is sadly leaving us at the end of the month. We have spent 2 great years together and would love to find someone to take her beautiful sunny room located near shoreditch park.
This house is queer friendly af and very welcoming, we look to make the house a home.
To keep the balance we are ideally looking for a girl/ non-binary person!

We are in Shoreditch: a 15 min short walk from old street, hoxton, and haggerston station. Right off busses 21, 141, 76, 243 and more. We are 30 minutes walking from liverpool street and dalston. The location is insane, best part.

The room:
The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, bed, bedside table, and chest of drawers. There are two windows overlooking the patio so it is extremely quiet and bright. You don’t share walls with anyone. The flat is split-level and the bedroom is the only one upstairs, so you’ll have your own stairs and landing too.

The flat:
The flat has two more bedrooms, one with an ensuite, so you’ll only share the bathroom with me. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is huge and cosy and looks out on the patio we have to ourselves. It stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There’s a washer/dryer, two fridges and a dishwasher, as well as a smart TV.

The flatmates (us):
You would be living with Matt and myself. I am a 27 year old journalist from the US and France. I love reading, going to parks, art exhibitions, painting(sorta), techno and hanging out with friends. I also love a laugh. Matt is a 34 year old software engineer from England who loves chatting, building things, science fiction and going out. We are both quite social and appreciate kindness.

Admin:
Rent is 900£, which is quite lucky for the area! Right on the foot of Shoreditch park and Britannia leisure centre - both have been amazing for my mental health. The deposit is £1120. You will be added to the lease and provided with legal documentation. Bills come out to around £150 per month. The move in date is set for December 6th - with some possible flexibility if needed.
