Room In Shoreditch (Takeover contract) from Jan

Hi all, one of our flatmates is leaving London and we are looking for somebody to take over the contract and enter his room! The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both shared by all flat mates, and a shared living room. The current two flatmates are both students (Masters/ PhD) at LSE. The current room is the biggest room available by square meters (however, rent is shared equally). We are looking for someone who is social, clean, polite, and can respect everyone's privacy when needed (especially during exam periods).

About the remaining flat mates:
We like to spend time together in general whether its in the living room, cooking, or hanging out together. Looking for someone with a similar mindset :) We speak Italian, French, English, and Spanish. We are open to both students and young professionals.

Rent: 1200 Pounds per month, 3 months have to be paid up-front to the current tenant. Plus a third of the security deposit to him as well.
