Large room available in Shoreditch

We're looking for a friendly, easy-going person to take over a room in our flat.

The property is large with two floors, three bedrooms, a shared living room, a spacious kitchen and a lovely garden. There are two toilets, a bath and a shower.

We're located on a very quiet street in the heart of Shoreditch, only a minute's walk from Columbia Road flower market and a 5 minute walk from Brick Lane. The nearest overground station is Shoreditch High Street (7 minutes). Old Street tube station is a 15 minute walk and Liverpool Street is 20 minutes.

The room that will be available is very large. Expect bills (water, energy, internet) and council tax to total around £70-100/month per person. The rent would be £1580 for a couple.

We're looking for someone who is sociable, respectful and tidy and who is happy to follow a weekly cleaning schedule.
You'll be sharing with a 27-year-old Australian PhD student and a 24-year-old Brit working in film.
