Roommate Wanted for a Shared Flat in Shoreditch 🌟

Hello! 😊
We’re looking for a new roommate to join our cozy and welcoming flat in Shoreditch.

We, Anna-Lena and Lara, are two friends living in the flat since October. Simon, a friend of ours, is moving in this January.
We’re all doing our Master’s in London and are relatively new to the city, trying to make the most of what this amazing place has to offer!

What We’re Looking For:
We’re open-minded, easy-going, and enjoy a relaxed but considerate vibe in our home. 
Here’s what matters to us:
* Open communication and reliability.
* A shared sense of tidiness and hygiene.
* A friendly and supportive atmosphere where we enjoy spending time together (but also respect each other’s space). Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory!

Room & Contract Details:
* Move-in Date: Officially 1st January, but our current roommate would like to stay until 2nd January. If you’re okay with that, she’s happy to cover the daily rate for the extra day.
* Contract Length: Initially for 3 months, with the possibility to extend until 23rd September.
* Rent Payment: Rent is paid quarterly (every 3 months), with 3 months’ rent due on the 15th of the month before the quarter starts.

Viewings:
We prefer in-person meetings to get to know you and for you to see the flat. The best time for this would be mid to late next week.
